We needed a simple part to fix our toilet. They came out and fixed it, but it was about $135.00 and we did not get the bill for 2 months. When the plumber was out I asked about how much this would cost. They guy did not know. I could not describe what was needed, but I know that the 5 minutes he worked on the toilet someone should have been able to give me an estimate. We got 4 quotes ranging from $2500 to $3500, we chose village plumbing at $3000 to hookup city water. They told us if there is a problem they could boar a new water line from the house to the street for an additional $500. The water line from the house ended up being on the other side of the tree from the city hookup and they charged $850 to boar 6ft. This doesn't make sense boar 50ft from the house may cost $500 but 6ft cost $850, this is not a reasonable cost for 6ft. They were not even here for 8 hours but charged us $385... read more
