Did not follow through with an appointment I made for an interior detail service. I arrived early for a 9AM appt that I made in advance and was told that the person was not available and the manager preferred to reschedule. After all my prep and having someone to drop me off, it was a bit upsetting to be told that there was no good reason, just the person wasn't there. Floor mats were never cleaned nor where the seats wiped down or cup holders wiped out. They were a little busy and totally rushed through the interior. A rip-off for what is paid for

the car wash is overpriced $25 for Ultra and why can't you guys give out coupons every 19sorry the service is great some weeks the service is very poor because of the guys say they just get paid by the day they have other jobsbeing consistent what makes a great business

Franklin has been due to have an upgraded car wash for some time and I definitely believe this has made this possible. The location is perfect and I am glad to come here as a customer.The staff are outstanding including Grace at the register. Every time I go here whether its bringing my employer's vehicle or my personal one its done very well. I look forward to many more trips and wish you guys the best!
