Very nice apartment's for the money. Nice community and kept in good repair. Brian the property manager is very good at his job and stays on top of things. Would've stayed longer but purchased a house. Highly recommend if looking for a apartment in Mankato.
Owners are very cheap and will do everything in their power to keep your security deposit. Watch out even though she says she pay all utilities other than cable, she will come after you when your lease is up.
