It's the worst when you find a place with awesome food but awful service. My boyfriend and I used to order from Village all the time and literally the last 5 or 6 times we've ordered from there the order was wrong or they forgot something. What a shame
The customer service at Village Pizza is terrible. The delivery time is ATLEAST an hour. I received the wrong order and when I called to ask if it be corrected the employee put me on hold for about 4 minutes to have someone else handle my call. That woman then argued with me over what I ordered. She told me she would correct it. It took an hour and 30 minutes to get my actual order to me. Recommendedmy family loves there pizza, it's really good and when I've had an issue with my order every time they are very kind to resolve it...
First time ordering from you guys and already having a bad experience. Told me it would be about 45 minutes but it’s been way over an hour. The food is decent but obviously it’s cold. I should of just went to pick it up since there so many bad reviews.
Best pizza in R. I. Come from East Providence to CentralFalls and well worth the trip each time. Check them out , u won’t b sorry. P/S not just the best pizza check out there outstanding menu

ordered for delivery finally got food after 2hrs food is cold,called store an got extremely bad customer service who didn't try to rectify the situation, will no longer order from here again
I been going to village for years , and for the last 3 orders my order has been incorrect , i order extra crispy buffalo wings with extra buffalo sauce and they never come the way i ordered , village used to be my favorite wing spot but i will no longer be ordering from village ,

if you order from Village pizza make sure u order 2hours in advance last night I order a pizza wings and the auto messenger said they left with ur order at 9:20 at about 10:30 they came with some soggy ass fries cold ass pizza and the wing sauce was all over the pizza box what was the driver doing for about 40min with my food in the car
Never had a bad experience, Great to deal with, food is good,and they had a huge menu.They do get busy so it is not fast food but understandable.They do what they can. All worth it.
