Wonderful apartment building and owners! Staff is kind and accommodative and building is kept up, clean, and nice. Apartments are very nice, modern, and have great amenities. I hope to be here for many years!
I have lived in one of their apartments for over 6 years and have no regrets. The property is well-kept, any repairs are completed right away, and it is a quiet and nice community.
We lived at Village Pines for 6 years and have been very satisfied with everything. The underground heated garage is a major plus the fact the garage floor is always clean. I feel very secured and safe living here. The maintenance crew is always friendly and also take care of our requests in a timely manner.
