I called 7/1 7/2 after having my baby they scheduled me for 7/6 at 1040. Upon arrival the girl with the bob and glasses seen me come in didn’t speak and went back in the office no acknowledgment then when she came to the desk she stated only “what’s the last name” like no customers service at all she then proceeded to say oh well I don’t see an appointment and speaking condescendingly in regards to me not getting confirmation . I actually love the dr and care i received from this clinic very caring and supportive to my children but i feel the schedule or the time of grace isn’t fair ive been 15 minutes this prior visit she told me she wouldn’t be able to see my son. So she called me literally still outside and gives me a visit for Monday I call this morning she said it wasn’t on the books so she tells me come at 3:20 I been at court so I’m rushing to get home get him and get to the appointment in the rain I’m 11 minutes late and still can’t be seen... read more
