This place is trash, Shaniqua at Village Pediatrics, her attitude during my call was unprofessional and unnecessarily unpleasant. She displayed a nasty demeanor and made the interaction far more difficult than it needed to be. In addition, she did not make any effort to clearly explain the billing charges. Parents, beware of Village Pediatric Group. The front desk staff are utterly rude and carry themselves with a condescending attitude that makes every visit unnecessarily stressful. Instead of treating families with kindness and respect, they dismiss questions, act irritated, and create a hostile environment. Our recent experience with Village Pediatric Group, specifically with Dr. Bellevue, was extremely disappointing.
