Horrible customer service! I went there yesterday to buy both ny sons a water bottle and holder for them. I spent $30.00 on 2 metal holders. My son fell one time and the metal broke. I went back there to see if they would replace or fix it. The female employee working there was not only rude but her customer service was horrible. I will never go there again and tell all my friends to not support them. What a shame!
They saved me some money by fixing a bike tire that had warped and did so in less than a few hours when they originally thought I wouldn't get it back until the next day!
$20 bucks for some air and to look over my bike for a couple minutes. Rip off.
