I think the staff and owners of Village Paws and Claws are the best !! They truly are concerned about the well being of "our furry kids ". Thumbs up for a job well done!!
My friend's dog was diagnosed with thermal burns after a visit to this groomer. The photos were horrendous. I cannot imagine the pain and suffering her dog went through. I don't know what I would do if this happened to my dog, and from what I understand the groomer is taking no responsibility in this matter. I just felt the need to warn others, as I would want to be warned myself.
