I was asked by a friend to assist them in moving out some of their furnishings. The management said that we would have to wait for them to provide the "move out rules" which were never provided. When we went to move furnishings out, we did not want to park illegally outside the elevator entry, nor block the entrance to the parking garage. I'd like to compliment Amber Colbert on her work ethics. She is responsible, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I email her I always get a response, whether she's on property or external. I never feel ignored. I'm not certain of her title however she's management material. She works with you, not against you and for that I'm thankful she's here at Village Park. I would like to see more of her on property.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to share how impressed I am with Ambi the maintenance manager. My mom lives in the building, and I’m there often — so I see a lot. It’s clear he genuinely takes pride in his work and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Beyond his skill and work ethic, Ambi treats everyone with respect and kindness.
