Terrible care & dangerous practices! If I could give ZERO stars I would. My mom pushed her call button and no one came. The policy is that they come within 15min. This has happened multiple times. This time, after an hour of waiting she had to call 911 to come check on her because she can’t get up off the couch for bed (they are suppose to help her into bed due to fall risk, give her medication and take her blood pressure).
