Our upstairs bathroom keeps flooding into the downstairs because the overflow drain "isn't connected to a pipe" so water just goes down into nowhere. Instead of fixing the issue the just repatch and paint the ceiling when it collapses. It's not so bad I can't shower without a leak.

I have been living at Village Park Apartments since May and I must say, anytime we have a maintenance need it is always taken care of. We recently had our shower/plumbing repaired by Steve. He was super efficient, the job was beautifully done and they worked with us as far as scheduling on a day that worked for me. Thank you for a job well done! Thank you Rosa for always working with us when it comes to our apartment needs/ concerns. Highly recommended!

I have written a review awhile back about the lawn care. These past few months a new landscapping crew is here. The grounds are looking beautiful and they are very professional. I am so glad Village Park has hired this company. The grounds went from looking like a disaster to being able to sit outside and enjoying the beautiful landscapping now.
