This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. When I first moved into Village Park Apartments in Creve Coeur, MO the unit had obviously not been cleaned before our arrival. The flooring was grossly stained and the kitchen appliances were not only unclean and poorly kept, but the stove and oven never worked properly. My roommate and I took the time scrub this place top to bottom so that it was livable.
