I can't say enough great things about Kierra, our community manager at Village Park Apartments! She is truly a gem. Kierra is always on top of things—she follows up promptly, keeps the property spotless, and our landscaping has never looked better. Her attention to detail really shows. We have dealt w much here after 2020. No maintenance and or ground care, all work orders , later, later. Plumbing we did our own, should not have to all! Yet we did. However, last month or so Keira Gilbert , actually listens and cares to make this community better. We understand takes time, yet, we are pleased to have a manager of property that actually cares! Thank you!

Kierra the office manager at village park apartments, is fantastic! She’s always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s answering questions or handing requests, she makes the entire process smooth and efficient. Her professionalism and dedication truly stand out

I do not recommend this community. The new manager is a huge stickler, so she made it a very unpleasant place to live. The units themselves are SO old, but rent is so high (kitchen is TINY!). The laundry facilities are run down and hardly ever clean, as well as the hot tub which seemed to be out of order every other week. Parking lot needs to be upgraded. Neighbors were hardly friendly. Also, my bike got stolen here. Huge nope.
