We have dealt w much here after 2020. No maintenance and or ground care, all work orders , later, later. Plumbing we did our own, should not have to all! Yet we did. However, last month or so Keira Gilbert , actually listens and cares to make this community better. We understand takes time, yet, we are pleased to have a manager of property that actually cares! Thank you!
Kierra the office manager at village park apartments, is fantastic! She’s always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s answering questions or handing requests, she makes the entire process smooth and efficient. Her professionalism and dedication truly stand out

I do not recommend this community. The new manager is a huge stickler, so she made it a very unpleasant place to live. The units themselves are SO old, but rent is so high (kitchen is TINY!). The laundry facilities are run down and hardly ever clean, as well as the hot tub which seemed to be out of order every other week. Parking lot needs to be upgraded. Neighbors were hardly friendly. Also, my bike got stolen here. Huge nope.
1st of all I will give a 5 stars. Why? - Greatest manager (Vicki) I ever had to deal with. - Also greatest assistant managers: Sierra & Nathan. - Office returns your call within the day. - Cleanest inside apartment when I moved in: (paint, carpet, walls, bathroom & kitchen). - Cleanest grounds: garden, parking lot, laundry room, pool area. - You need to shop around for a place and then realize that Village Park is the best.
