I loved my 4+ years living at Shelard Village Apartments. The maintenance team were all very kind any time I had an issue. Micky was the absolute best. She's incredibly responsive, so kind, and helpful with anything and everything I had questions or needed help with. I was so sad to be leaving this building, it was a fantastic community to be a part of.
The apartment itself may be nice, but my experience with the staff was very disappointing. The person I spoke with was extremely rude, practically screaming over the phone, and seemed frustrated when we called multiple times. Sorry I was interested in your property! There’s always a way to turn a bad experience into a good one, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen here.
