12/5/25 Last night I lost my key-ring while at work - including my apartment key. Within half an hour (on the coldest night of the season) an on-call Kleinman Realty emergency worker met me at Shelard Village and let me into the building and into my apartment. A good company to rent from! Update: All of the below still true as of 9/22/25 As I have posted previously, Micky and the maintenance staff are the best i've dealt with in three decades as a renter.
