I am writing this review because they deleted my last review ,wow very unprofessional.i go here for my braces and i regret everything.starting with the office very rude does not answer the phone, like that is part of your job!?and apart from that i have not been seen for 6 month on my braces everything is broken and supposedly the ortho has been in the hospital.and when they do see me they cancel my appointment on the same day! After my Dentist retired, I was referred to this dentist office. Lucky me. I was able to get an appointment. I don't like changing Dentist cause good ones are hard to find. I already have my next appointment set up.
My husband had a tooth that was really bothering him and needed to be pulled. I called the dentist and got appointment right away. The wait time was not bad. The procedure didn't take long.
I'm writing this review for my poor mother. When she visited this office, she needed a root canal. Her insurance covered the root canal and crown. This establishment/DOCTOR stated that the crown the insurance offered wasn't good, and coerce her in getting a crown superior than what the insurance offer, charging her an additional $400 out to of pocket. They are nice. And did good on my braces. Could be cleaner.
