I’ve been with my previous optometrist for many years, you get comfortable and stay. Was left questioning everything after my last eye exam when I advised I was having issues even with my glasses on, and they said there was no change in my prescription. Fast-forward to today and I had an eye exam with Dr. Cory and in fact, I have a significant change in my prescription. He took the time to address my concerns and explain things, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
The communication with us regarding the status of our order was unprofessional. I needed to contact them to see if the glasses were ready to be picked up (which they were). In addition, they did not initiate communication with us about the status of my daughter’s glasses, and options available to us (they were delayed by almost a month due to a manufacturing issue). I do not plan to return there.
