Come here if you want to be disrespected and essentially insulted by management, the legendary rude lady that’s been in the reviews for years is still somehow working here everyday apart from Sunday

I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office staff here. When we asked to see the unit in person— just like the standard room we were shown the day before—the staff member was impatient and unprofessional. We simply wanted to view the place before making a long-term decision, which is completely reasonable. The attitude we received made us feel disrespected, and at one point it felt as if we were being treated differently because we are foreigners. I have lived at Village One over 6 years and have no plans on moving. We are still close to all that the capital district has to offer, but due to the location, still feels like we are in small town home America. They are one of the few places that allow pets, and they welcome the fur babies too. The new owners have taken on some amazing changes to the property. The best part of the complex is the office manager, Connie. She is an absolute delight, always a kind word and will do the best she can to help you out.
