The way Connie treats residents and prospective tenants is unacceptable. She is consistently rude, arrogant, and insulting. Just scroll through past reviews - it’s very clear that belittling people is standard operating procedure for her. It’s mind-boggling that someone so completely unfit for a client-facing role is still employed here. Look elsewhere for a housing team that actually treats human beings with decency.
Come here if you want to be disrespected and essentially insulted by management, the legendary rude lady that’s been in the reviews for years is still somehow working here everyday apart from Sunday
I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office staff here. When we asked to see the unit in person— just like the standard room we were shown the day before—the staff member was impatient and unprofessional. We simply wanted to view the place before making a long-term decision, which is completely reasonable.
