I have lived at Village One over 6 years and have no plans on moving. We are still close to all that the capital district has to offer, but due to the location, still feels like we are in small town home America. They are one of the few places that allow pets, and they welcome the fur babies too. The new owners have taken on some amazing changes to the property. The best part of the complex is the office manager, Connie. She is an absolute delight, always a kind word and will do the best she can to help you out.
My dad is 83 and has live at Village One for 8+ years . He loves it ! He has made friends that look out for him . It’s a nice community . Connie in the office is absolutely incredible. She’s always sweet and willing to accommodate anything that we asked for . . I’ve never met a nicer rental office manager and I’m very grateful to her . she’s been he best !!
Don't waste your time renting here. The apartment has a mice problem. The maintenance doesn't do anything about it. They just give you traps to put down. You have stupid neighbors who blast their sound bars at 2 and 3 in the morning. The worst apartment ever.
Awesome ride & nice quiet living
It was a cool ride. GPS was excellent. Point to point, turns n twists were notified. Enjoyed the cool ride. A huge complex spread around as multiple units with plenty of parking for all
