I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office staff here. When we asked to see the unit in person— just like the standard room we were shown the day before—the staff member was impatient and unprofessional. We simply wanted to view the place before making a long-term decision, which is completely reasonable. I have lived at Village One over 6 years and have no plans on moving. We are still close to all that the capital district has to offer, but due to the location, still feels like we are in small town home America. They are one of the few places that allow pets, and they welcome the fur babies too. The new owners have taken on some amazing changes to the property. The best part of the complex is the office manager, Connie. She is an absolute delight, always a kind word and will do the best she can to help you out.

My dad is 83 and has live at Village One for 8+ years . He loves it ! He has made friends that look out for him . It’s a nice community . Connie in the office is absolutely incredible. She’s always sweet and willing to accommodate anything that we asked for . . I’ve never met a nicer rental office manager and I’m very grateful to her . she’s been he best !!
