Last year my father moved in and we had a good experience with Jill Kutter, she helped my father move in and it was a quick and easy transition. Shortly after, new manager came in by the name of Cecilia and everything went down hill. My father passed away and she refused to let any of me or my siblings collect his belongings. It was hard enough losing him, and for her to be so uncooperative was really unprofessional. Poor upkeep. Lack of responsible management Changeover in onsite managers I had three and two temps and also many months at a time w no manager at all . Numerous Periods of no heat in coldest months of year and extensive periods of no AC days months then and days no hot water. Many flooding issues throughout buiding major one in my apt 2022 and other smaller ones, multiple in my hallway , ceilings , pipes, ects serious in front entry actually let the wall crumble in 2023 , there are photos on numerous sites on line for revie... read more
