Jeff is great, he was able to unclog my drain, add new weather stripping and caulk my threshold, quickly and effectively.
Very upsetting to leave such a negative review on what had been a good 3 years, But due to old management, mine and my fiancé’s lease had the incorrect dates on it, and Thrive has like 3 or 4 leases with our digital signatures on it that we never signed, we’ve lived here for 3 years collectively, and are moving into a house now, nothing has ever been wrong living here, so we were shocked to find that our lease had the wrong dates on it all of a sudden, and that there were multiple leases with our docu sign signatures on it. ... read more
