I love living at the Village on Beaver Creek. The staff are all super friendly and go out of their way to help out residents. The community is really quiet and in a great location. The apartments have nice appliances and are well maintained. �

Where to begin? Say hello to Kerry and Greg at the Front Desk [Greg runs maintenance], they are amazing! TVOBC is a no frills quailty place. I recommend a walk by the river or hop on the walking trail only a short 1/4 mile away. It's in a prime location, off Rt. 35, near a Kroger, and a short ride to the Greene. Are you Familiar with the Beavercreek Popcorn Festival? Well, take that walking trail there and bypass the parking mayhem. Have lived here for 11 wonderful years. Love everything and everyone here. Nice quiet community convenient to everything with an excellent staff on hand. Kerry and Greg do a great job around here and I would recommend these apartment to anyone moving to this area.
We have lived here since 2001 and we love it here!! It is awesome to have Kerry and Greg in the office!! Any time I need something they are there to help me!! I am physically disabled so both Kerry and Greg check on me and make sure I am ok during the day and see if I need anything! I have recommended it to many people as well!! Thanks Kerry and Greg for all you do..
Very quiet and comfortable with lots of greenery. Quiet: Most weekdays were so quiet that the loudest sound in the apartment was my heart beat. Comfort: Quality washing machine and drier are super convenient. High quality carpet and excellent views with plenty of daylight. Greenery: Very nice landscaping with trees and a beautiful view from any angle.
