Dont be fooled by the polite office staff, after that it is ALL downhill. I have been here for years, and while it looks nice on paper it isnt at all. You are esentially moving into section 8 without the price break, why do I say this, well right across the street is a huge section 8 complex. I dont feel safe at night here at all. My heater has been broken every year since I have lived here, every year they send a guy out and it works for about a month or so and breaks again, I usually go through 2 cords of wood a winter--no... read more
