I would like to warn future tenants about the tow company they use here. In December One of my cars had a bright orange sticker on the window that said I had a flat tire (that I was unaware of) and they were giving me 48 hours to fix it.. at the time I was really tight with money and could not afford to fix it within the 48 hours and I did not have a spare tire...But at one point I was considering selling the car for parts anyway so I decided to take off the license plate and just let them tow it. We moved because it is not a safe place to live anymore. We lived there 3 and a half years and it was good under the old ownership, but the new owners came in and ruined the place. The quality of people living there went way down and they don’t take care of the apartments well. They painted the outside of the apartments white and it looks terrible! The gates are always left open so I didn’t feel safe living there. There are better, safer places to live in Las Vegas.
Village of Santo Domingo used to be a nice, quiet place to live when managed by the previous ownership. Things went to Hell when the new owners took over and turned it into a Section 8 housing project. 🔥 Now it's: ghetto neighbors, fights, drug deals, loud music, beer cans, noisy cars, fire trucks and police screaming by, weed smoking all over the property, unsupervised kids running all over the place, trash everywhere, dog poop, car repairs, used mismatched junk appliances, and not enough parking.
