During the new normal at my Mother’s Village- the silver linings have become apparent! Not only have they prevented the corona virus spread with distancing socially and screens- they have taken the extra steps- delivering trays to their apartments- pill services and fun door to door activities like coke floats and Happy hour carts- entertaining and fun- and always a surprise- my hope that is after the restrictions ease- these new things will remain as normal- as they have been a true God send for Momma! staff intrusive. food not up to standard but is touted as great. transportation offered in not timely and frequently late. administration not open to residents complaints. double standard for men vs women.fire alarm goes off frequently after midnight. no boundaries between tiers of patients.
Beautiful community, caring staff, great food and great fun
amazing staff that has 24/7 care. I worked here for over a year and have never seen a facility like this before. the way they take care of their residents is out of this world. take a look at their calendar they have at the front desk to get a glimpse at what they do daily for the residents.
This community is gorgeous! To the customer service, the management staff, the CLEANLINESS of the community, the floor plans available, and the food Village of River Oaks is FIVE STARS. It is rare to see a brand new community have it together so well already and so many of their bases covered. I havent been to many senior living communities where I can say the food is ACTUALLY good- but here- the food is delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone ready for a positive senior living experience!
Love The Villages. First Class all the way...top to bottom. I especially appreciate all that Mary Broussard, Dir., of Marketing does for the property.
