I liked the townhomes because I got a lot of house for the money (compared to other locations) but they have raised the rent recently. I wouldnt mind the increase if it werent for the fact that I saw no improvement in services along with that increase in rent payment. They keep the grass cut out here, but thats about it. The appliances are cheap and break down at least monthly. Maintenance is slow and reluctant to replace anything. I had to call 6 six times to get my broken dryer replaced.
