Wonderful neighbors but lot rent is outrageous and keeps going up. Shovel your own snow, maintain any trees on your lot (even through you are renting the ground!), blacktop your parking space, pay for your water, cut your own grass, etc. Don't get a heck of a lot for what you pay. Lot rent is more than half of social security, As an +55 community majority of population on fixed income. Response of McKee - get an apartment if you don't like it!!!! Shameful.
