My Husband and I love it here, Love our home, neighbors, the pool. Now our Son lives in the Community having our Grandchildren so close is awesome!! The nicest Community in Delaware, wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Only thing is we miss Our 2 older Children but, they have a Beautiful place to Visit now.
I've lived here for 15 years and as it has filed up and expanded it still maintained its quality. Still peaceful and quiet at night and each home seems to be kept up and attractive. It's inviting to prospective buyers and that's a good thing for all of us. I live right inn the boulevard, close to the gate so I did hear vehicles more perhaps then those who live further in the community but the sounds are not a problem for me. I'm glad I chose to live here versus many other mfg. home communities
Been here almost 5 years. Lots of good times with Easter Egg Hunt, Community Pool Parties, HOA Christmas/Holiday party and more.
Downsized, and been here for six months, and we are very happy. Good neighbors, VERY NICE HOA, friendly management. The only downer, we miss our garage :o)
I have lived here for about 4 years. The people are friendly and the large pool is a plus in the summer. The HOA has many activities for young and old.
Wonderful community. Clean, quite, summertime the pool is awesome. Catch and release pond on the back of property. Just awesome place to live.
