Apartments leaking water mildew smell black mold and it can get worse than that they need to change carpets and a lot of units horrible The maintenance man needs to do some work in the units
Shimere is definitely the best Manager I ever experienced. This property is ALWAYS super clean, no drama, neighborhood is very tight nit and safe. I LOVE my apartment, I just wish the washer and dryer wasn’t in the kitchen but that's definitely not a deal breaker. This property overall is awesome!!

So I as a tenant respect that this took some time to address. But as promised by the manager Ms Scott it was done on the day she promised and I was made aware along the way! Great job 👏!! Bad first time experience, had a scheduled tour waited 30 minutes outside no answer, called over 10 times …. Apartment building lacks customer service/ support
I admire that the property at Villiage of College Park is always clean. There is a nice play area for the kids therefore there is such a quiet atmosphere! Great place to live with access to many stores and highway! .
