I loved living at the Village of Coldstream and would highly recommend it to anyone. I lived at the VOC for 4 years and it worked perfectly for me. The 1-Bedroom apartment had an excellent layout and received awesome renovations, including hardwood floors and granite countertops, while I lived there. We have lived here for three and a half years. This place was never as nice as advertised, but for the past several months we have had to smell the vaping of marijuana from our next door neighbors. This is causing us several health problems like: inability to breathe properly, lack of sleep, coughing, swollen eyes, and more. Management took weeks to tell us we could get out of our lease, but we are not ready to move, yet. We have lived here 3 years and it’s been an excellent experience. Neighbors are friendly. Our townhouse was recently re-modeled - as are all of them in the process —with new marble countertops new flooring, new bathroom fixtures and blinds. They’re also very prompt in getting any repairs done.
