It's a quiet community with great office staff and maintenance that responds quickly and efficiently to any issues and is conveniently close to numerous supermarkets, retail, I-95 and Christiana Mall. I highly recommend!
I've lived about 1 year now. The property is always clean, maintenance are always working/fixing things on time. I enjoy the quiet atmosphere. I love that the neighbors keep to themselves, but very friendly at the same time. I greatly appreciate that. The office staffs are very friendly and provide you with information when needed.
I've been living here for 5 years and I have enjoyed my experience. The staff is friendly and professional. The grounds are well kept. If I need repairs done in my apartment maintenance is prompt. Management is awesome specifically Danielle Raye she's been so helpful and friendly always. Laundry room is kept up.
