If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Living on the first floor was a nightmare—there was massive water damage. Every time it rained, water from outside would seep into my apartment, soaking the carpets. On top of that, constant leaks from upstairs neighbors caused water to pour from my ceiling, leading to mold. Despite repeatedly calling maintenance to “fix” it, the problem never went away. It’s not place to live . I can’t explain everything but if your neighbors apt leak water and it damage your apartment you are going to pay even if it’s not your fault . Staff is very rude . They increase rent every year without adding any value .its not place to stay
It is very hard to get maintenance to come and fix anything and when you do the people in the office, want to charge you even though that is not a requirement on your lease. They are also letting a lot of riffraff in now and the community ground look like a dump instead of a viable living space There need to be a lot of upgrades to this facility.
