I had an incident with a water leak from upstairs down into my bathroom. Ceiling and walls, paint, etc. affected. Maintenance crew did an excellent and efficient job on the repairs and paint! Very satisfied with the work.

About to reach a year leaving at this complex. My roommate and I love our unit. The complex is small so it is very lowkey and quiet most of the time; friendly neighbors. I have had an overall amazing experience living at Village Oaks. Shy is wonderful, love her! Always hosting community events and is very attentive to the property :)
