This place is the best. Well managed, as of 22-23. The manager and maintenance stick to the rules, but for a reason. These apartments are in great shape, sitting under 100-year-old live Oaks with lots of shade. It's a quiet calm place to live. If you like a small town feel, this is your place. And if it stays like it is now and it keeps the good management it has now it'll probably stay that way for years to come.
