Visited on 7.15 (have visited in the past for pedicures). This particular visit included a pedicure and an eyebrow waxed. I was burned in several areas along my brow line. This left me extremely distressed as I was scheduled to travel for the weekend. I went back to the establishment the next day to inquire about a refund. I was told the owner was out of town but would contact me in a few days. As of today, that follow up has not happened. Will be seeking legal counsel to discuss a refund or solution to rectify the matter.
The people that work here have no skill, cannot do basic designs and the customer service is poor
These people cannot do basic designs. They offered to use stickers instead of being able to do some simple nail art. They completely ignored by requests and said they were still charging even though I wasn’t satisfied with the result. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
My experience here was that I was very satisfied. Entering i was greeted with such politeness explaining different prices in packages atmosphere was so relaxing. I felt so so good. I will be going back. Plus I didn't have to go all the way in city now. My neighbor told me they were very good. Truth was told. Good day.
This place looks good but the skill level of the nail techs is below average. They could not even paint my nails without getting gel polish on my skin. They will surely give you to the new person if you let them.
