Went in for new tires and did have an appt; everything went really smooth. Always have great friendly service, worth the ride to get there.
Never again very poor experience. Took my Cbr too have 2 tires installed. When It came outta the shop I noticed the mirror wasn't where I had it. Didn't think anything of it rode to orange got off to get lunch noticed scratches on the bottom fairing and tail piece, it wasn't like this prior to taking it here. It appeared that it had been dropped at some point while at village. Took it back and they swore that it didn't happen while it was there. Funny how a place that big doesn't have cameras everywhere. Got a Kawasaki Mule for my wife for Mother's Day. This is our 2nd Kawasaki from Village. Great and friendly staff and service. Definitely be going back again.

Absolutely the best place to buy your new toy. Spent almost 2 weeks putting up with all my questions and requests to make sure i was well taken care of. Super friendly and willing to help meet exactly what i wanted. Few months later, had a small issue, Village brought me in, short notice, on a holiday weekend and stayed late to get my motorcycle running. Definitely the nicest people in this shop.
