I wouldn't recommend this dealership. I have been looking for a Ford Transit van for about 6 months and they have a really nice looking one available. I finally called/emailed them and "it just sold" but they have another one I might be interested in! A month later the van that "just sold" is still on their website. While it doesn't seem like a big deal, a company that is willing to do shady things like that probably isn't one you want to do business with when it comes to buying vehicles.
Ethan is a great tech. Knowledgeable, able to repair and explain.
On Wednesday July 2, 2025 I had an appointment with Service to change the oil and rotate the tires on my 2018 F-150 I purchased new from MIke at Village. The service was fine. Months ago I ordered a new 2025 F-150 working with Tom. Tom gave us an approximate date for delivery in early May. Ford notified me it is scheduled to be built July 14. They did a great job Mark was a great guy to work with and they did a great job on oil change and tire rotation.
I took my wife's car in for oil change tire rotation, brake check 2 hrs later I walked up to counter to check on it they said they will check on it I said the keys are here on counter they said oh yea it's done they went over the check they did and said how bad are the brakes they said they did not check them.well long story short don't expect to get what you requested done
