When they were village they were really good but since becoming bookmark they've really fallen off. I looked into it and they sold to private equity. It makes sense, they no longer care about patient care. It's 100% about profits. The new manager is extremely rude and abrasive and the staff is inattentive. I won't be back.

Michael Hawkes is wonderful. He listens to my concerns, takes time to address things, and I don’t feel like I’m being rushed. Jamie, the medical assistant, is so kind and an absolute injection wizard! She gave me a shot today and I have never felt one less in my life. Highly recommend!
I needed to quickly get an appointment today but am at work so I made a telehealth visit. I let them know i'm at work and had to move some things around and wouldn't be able to call until the appointment. I filled out all the questions and tried to pay online but their website wasn't working for payment so i was just going to wait till the appointment. i was waiting it the lobby for 20 min with no communication.
