I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. During my visit, they came across as dismissive and lacking empathy, which made it difficult to feel heard or supported as a patient. The physical examination felt rushed and incomplete, and my concerns were not thoroughly addressed. Most concerning was the lack of effort to help manage my pain. Banner doesn’t use systems that are had for patients. They chose people over money as their priority. Look it up, they don’t use RVU’s “relative value units” to compensate healthcare workers. They’re the only major healthcare system that hasn’t adopted it. I never want to go anywhere else for my healthcare. Thank you Banner!
Dr was nice and helpful and so was front desk and lab people. But I cannot access my lab results. I’m blocked online and I have to call and talk to someone in person to try to get access. Figure out your technical issues. I’m giving the correct ssn number. Completely unacceptable banner health. Know if you get tests here, you’re not allowed to see the results. Waste of my time.
TLDR: Stay away or risk unjust charges, callous disregard, and bureaucratic black holes. Banner Health and Christina Arthur, manager at this clinic, really dropped the ball on multiple levels. I had a time sensitive appointment and was informed less than 24 hours prior to that appointment that since this clinic was acquired by Banner Health, my provider was no longer in-network for insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket price whereas previously the visit would have been 100% covered. I see one of your practitioners there and have been seeing her for years. She is amazing knowledgeable, and very easy to talk with. The reason I give two stars is because the front desk staff is absolutely the worst I have ever had to deal with. They change your Appointment’s without contacting you and then you go down there and they have already canceled it.
