While in-staff experience was satisfactory, my concern is actually caused by a staff named Philanesia Wiley who responded to my lab queries through the Village Medical app. I sent 2 queries through the ‘send a message’ button under lab results. While I received a respond for one of the queries. The same staff responded very rudely to my second query. 1. She said that I am NOT to send messages regarding labs. Dr Troyan is a great Dr he listens to you and is very concerned about you have to say not a script writer. He saved my life by finding undiagnosed cancer from a previous dr I had for 5 years nice man
