Excellent customer service. Clean environment
I'm VERY long time patient of Village FAMILY Practice now VMD for 28 years, through the changes and everything. Ive left for pregnancies and the day after I delivered in 2015 I went to see Dr. Edwards. We've had some on and off times, but I've been back for 2½ years and I still refer people to them, my dad is a patient of Dr. Edwards, my husband sees Dr. Ramaready although she's at the original office location in Spring Branch. Efficient friendly medical professionals
I really like mydoctor, Lee Edwards,, but I do not like Village Medical at all. The majority of the time I get a person who cannot speak English . And I have been Out and out LIED to Many times. If my PCP can’t See me, I am scheduled with a Nurse practitioner and told that person is a doctor. I get there and told I’m scheduled where an NP. I also do not like having to register with a computer instead of a person.
