Too bad zero starts is not an option. I got no notice that my provider left. When I requested a refil for my prescription, 3 days later I got a reply that said "I'm sorry you weren't made aware but your provider left" then the text exchange was closed, I am unable to contact anyone, and I have no way to get my prescriptions. No providers available at UCH accepting new clients currently. "Good luck! See ya!"
The Dr. was great HOWEVER, trying to make an appointment and follow up care has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. The village medical system is horrible!
My experience there was very satisfactory, and I would recommend it to all my friends an family.
Receptionist incredibly rude. Message left 2 days ago regarding a prescription with no reasons. Call in today to check on the status of my message. Receptionist goes over what my medications prescribed are. I ask politely, "Have you read the message I left on Monday? I'm aware of what was prescribed, I need help with one of them." She proceeds to read it off in front of her, and lately calls me rude when I explain I don't need information on what the Dr prescribed, I need help with replacing a medication that got thrown out ... read more
