Dr Kovacs was my doctor for about a year when I lived in Houston. I’d seen and done a lot of research on a condition I suspected that I had. I brought it up during my appointment & she said it’s a non-issue, told me it was just “cosmetic,” and that I should seek a plastic surgeon. Good facility, reception greeters, nurses and doctors!
It makes me sad to leave this review. Dr. Bhardwaj was a great doctor, very attentive and personable which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of one. However, my issue is with the billing. I went for my annual physical, which is covered by insurance, but they billed me for a normal doctors office visit as well as my physical. The billing department (which is a separate entity from the actual office) could not explain why the office billed me for both a preventative visit AND an outpatient visit for a single appointment.
