In the patient portal I canceled 1 appointment and set up another for the day prior. The system did cancel the one but the new was not in the system when I went in for the time slot. You CAN NOT CALL A CLINIC DIRECTLY. Everything is routed thru the Phillipines. With our accents we barely understand the other. I love my doctor. I hate the system she works for.
Everyone was so nice , i haven’t been treated like this in a while , doctor Angel and the nurse were so helpful and helped me out in everything i needed 🙏🏼

Dr. Kovacs always takes time to answer questions. Also nurse Gail was very nice. The nurse that took my blood got it the first time!!
