My appointment was a 10:40 I did not get called back till 11:35 I was there just for a blood draw I went up at 30 minutes and ask how long it would be the ladies with the short hair said sarcastically we will get right on that not very good guest service
Staff was very friendly—Both ladies at the front desk. The bloodwork lab tech was excellent. Didn’t even feel the needle. *Suggestion: For bloodwork, we should be told whether to fast or not. I DID fast, but was never told whether I had to or not.
I have gone to this location before it was Village Medical and it has continued to be one I continue using because of the service from the medical personal and staff. The ladies at the front desk are always warm, welcoming and friendly helping solve problems. Throughout the changes it has gone through and now my move to Queen Creek I will continue there. I now see Michael Riding and he is wonderful along with Kali his medical assistant. Thank you to all.
