I've been a patient at this Village Medical location for over 14 months and Dr Rollender is an excellent GP/Primary Care Provider. His front office/Check-in/Reception Desk staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Rollender has excellent chair-side manners, is professional and is ready to answer questions. Let start off by stating the doctor is great. My wife and I bring our child here and the doctor always makes us feel comfortable and helps our child. The front desk ladies are very full of gossip and discriminate against LGBT. I am a woman married to a woman with a child we raise, when going somewhere we expect to be treated just as everyone else, we are just living our life’s. The front desk ladies are very rude do not welcome you when you come in discriminate against LGBT community and when we are simply trying to take our daughter to the doctor. The doctor is amazing though.
Very professional, responsive to all my medical questions and Dr.Collins is by far the best Primary Care Doctor that I have ever had, and I'm 67 yrs young 😀 😄, if anyone is looking for a new or want to have a true and professional Doctor, look no more call Village Medical and experience the care the whole staff will give you.
