I showed up and was told that the system has been double booking all the doctor's appointments and she wasn't accepting new patients for months. They said they called and left a voicemail. Mind you, I got two follow up emails and two follow up texts confirming the visit. I was grateful to be rebooked with a nurse practitioner, but she didn't take my concerns seriously. Dr. Majeed is really good His office staff don't answer the phone ever. Don't ever call them when you are sick. Nothing is a priority to them
Worst experience, I do not recommend this place to any one. went for annual physical, that gets covered by Insurance once every year. Specifically told that I am there for a physical and got my blood work done. Still they charged for a visit and a physical.. almost like double billing… looks like they are trying to squeeze as much as they can when a pt makes an appointment. The staff here is fantastic. That being said the actual doctor, Dr. Nguyen is awful. After I waited an hour to be seen he then came in and proceeded to belittle and interrogate me over why I was even there, how Ive been using an app provided BY MY INSURANCE to see my other doctors and why I'm taking so much medication.. for 15 minutes. Needless to say I gave up and just left and cried in my car for a hot minute
This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been here in village medical doctor the young lady in the front desk has the worst attitude of all time and the nurse have the patient waiting for more than one hour then you see the doctor you have to waiting another 40 minutes to get released. Nurses are talking in the hallway each other and having the patients waiting for long amounts of time. Believe look a better service than here. This is the worst service ever
