My husband was experiencing some extreme (non-corona) health issues and they requested he get some (expensive) testing done ASAP and then never called us back to tell us the results. We called several times and left voicemails and yet no one will tell us what his results were OR explain what they were even looking for. VERY unprofessional.
Went in for annual check up. PA talked about 'positive energy' & eating nonprocessed foods. Later, recieved 3 separate bills for tests I didn't ask for, didn't need and didn't want. Vitamin D, Folic Acid and B-12. Indifferent front desk staff. Shame because I liked Dr. Walker. Now I'm hearing all sorts of horror stories about them. (Testing a college student for malaria, a post-hysterectomy patient told she was pre-menopausal....yikes!)
Awful experience. Had to listen to what felt like an hour long lecture about weight and clean eating. Fat/Body shaming is not okay for anyone. I didn’t want to go eat healthy after that to be certain. Never going back!
I have always received the best care and service. Dr. Prihoda is caring and thorough and the staff is always helpful. I’ve been a patient at Village Medical since 2007 and will continue to trust them with our family’s health.
Long waits, rushed visits, and poor staff. On my last visit I waited over and hour and a half and still did not see a doctor. After several bad visits I have to find a new GP.
I love this doctor's office, all of the doctors have always been professional. I've never had an issue with any of the front office girls. I will continue to be seen here!!
Sad to see horrible service at this doctors office... Rude!! and Disrespectful !!! knowing that they drop the ball by typing in the wrong number. Waste of time I hate rude and unhelpful people that do not care about child's or being respectful to people ...customer service is not a concern to them I see that ..
