Very Incompetent …
Totally incompetent. Accepted a telemedicine appointment for my daughter and then never sent the video link because the doctor doesn't see patients under 18. Patient date of birth was the first piece of information I gave them. Again, totally incompetent.
I've never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Hood is very good at this job, the BEST around. He help many, many students through their Internship. I haven't had a Sinus issue for at least 2 years. You'll feel the caring heart on you first visit.
Walk in, wait maybe 30 minutes, doc sees you get taking care of, and done! Always, works just fine! I am Dr. Hood patient for over 20 plus years, he always took good care of me! Thank you, doc!
