I have been trying this place for more tham 6 months. The doctor Rita is really sweet, kind and empathetic. I don't have insurance, so the cost for a visit is reasonable.
The front desk staff of Sara and Ciara were professional, welcoming, and friendly-which set the tone for the visit. Great customer service! A++ !!!!!
I scheduled an appointment with a doctor here about 2 months in advance. Never got a confirmation email or text message. The day before the appointment I get a call saying my appointment was cancelled because the doctor stopped taking new patients a month prior!
After waiting a month for my appointment I went and they said your appointment was cancelled and we send you a text because the doctor did not accept new patients. Not only they waisted my time but they cancelled my appointment without even call or send any cancellation. 100 % not recommended to work with them Also while I am there there was a patient that was complaining that they randomly make her pay for appointment that she did not attend. “Not sure about the details but this is what I heard”
