I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I specifically wanted to see a male physician, so I booked with Dr Stoeckle 3 weeks out as his earliest available appointment for a routine yearly examine. I was called the day before the appointment saying he was no longer accepting new patients even though this was mentioned no where on the website and I was still able to schedule with him. Cannot get an appointment. Telephone appointment line is voice mail hell (Hours on Hold). When appointment is made, it is made for the wrong day. Online appointment system is unavailable. Message systems works intermittently.

I have been trying this place for more tham 6 months. The doctor Rita is really sweet, kind and empathetic. I don't have insurance, so the cost for a visit is reasonable.
The front desk staff of Sara and Ciara were professional, welcoming, and friendly-which set the tone for the visit. Great customer service! A++ !!!!!
