Dr. Stoeckel is great, I highly recommend to anyone. The staff/system leaves some to be desired. I had an appointment at 7:15 AM and left the house a little later than i wanted to due to getting kids ready for school. I walk in the office at 7:21 AM and Sarah told I am late for my 7:15 appointment. I understood but then was told by Sarah that "the system automatically cancels the appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late." Their appointment system is a disaster. Spent days trying to book an appointment for a family member, and still ended in failure. We’re switching to a different provider.
I have been seeing Rita for the past couple of years now. She is a great provider. Listens to your concerns and does what’s best for you. The staff there is also very welcoming. Sarah from the front desk team was able to book my appointment as soon as the next day and she made the check-in and check-out process very easy. I highly recommended choosing them as your primary care.
They are impossible to contact. I needed a simple form filled out by the doctor and the front office staff and nursing assistants couldn’t be ruder and less helpful in filling it out. Now my surgery might be delayed because they refuse to do their jobs
Dr. Stoeckel is AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about him. If you need a GREAT doctor, look no further.
