I recently transitioned within the same practice from one provider to Nurse Practitioner Christie Muguerza, and I couldn’t be happier with the change. Christie was everything I was looking for in a provider, friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She truly took the time to meet me where I am and thoughtfully added to my care plan. It was refreshing to feel heard and supported. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who genuinely cares.
Well, they messed up my referrals - big time. So, I knew I'd have to call them but based on my past experience, I knew that would mean being online forever which in this case was 25 minutes and then they would either hang up or never answer the phone - to add insult to injury. Well, no surprise, they didn't answer the phone. I mean, does a business really exist if you cannot communicate with them to get the care you need!? This is not something that could be handled on a website.
Staff was really nice and kind but anytime I was seen by the NP I felt like nothing but another number. any concerns or questions I had were instantly cut off or sometimes I wasn’t even given the chance to get a word out. I’ve been seeing so many doctors for so many years for my health issues but by far this was the most ignored I’ve felt by a medical professional in a long time

Going in as a new patient for an annual exam I would say STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. I did not get to see a dr. but did see a PA. From the time the PA-C came in (Brenda Santos) until she left it was about maybe 5 minutes and she did absolutely nothing you would expect in an exam, she literally did nothing. When I asked about some results of my lab work, she totally blew me off. I would have to say that this was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with a medical professional.
