Today I learned that I have to do another audiology test because the ENT I was referred to does not accept other professional audiology testing outside his practice. The referring doctor’s office here should have known this information. I should have gone directly to the ENT and paid one copay fee! I've been trying to call Village Medical - or whatever their practice name is now a days. This name change is the 3rd time in 5 yrs seems to be too common here - but no one answers the phone. I’ve seen this provider for 3 visit now, and I wasn’t too thrilled, my 1st visit was great and I felt good to know that the staff and provider care for my health I saw Christie Mugerra and she was great. But my last 3 visits with Brenda Santos have been very disappointing, I recently went for an evaluation on my mental health, and was told we don’t do that here you need to go to a psychiatrist.
