Since Village Medical was bought out by Harbor Health, I have had nothing but issues with their billing department. Do not file your financial information with them. They will withdrawal any pending balance despite already billing and receiving payment from your healthcare insurance. Calling them to dispute being double charged and expecting a refund is futile. We will NOT be returning.
I been coming to this company for around 7 years at different location and they are very professional and always putting patients first. My husband haves to have his appointment and because our location didn’t had availability on his day off we have to come to this location at 6800 IH 10 west. We came to his appointment 5 minutes late because we got lost and the lady at the front desk told us that we have to reschedule???!!. She didn’t try to check us in or help us in anyway possible.
