Excellent care as always
I had an appointment for a lab draw at 8am. I did not get an online presentation registration. The receptionist said she was too busy to get them out. Seemed like a normal capacity in the waiting room. Staff seemed confused about appointments. I didn't recognize the back office staff, so there might have been staffing changes. I was in and out quickly and my results were in the patient portal the next morning. I'm an RN so I appreciate results even though the doctor hadn't seen them yet. Overall satisfied.
Dr Rachael Prell is my favorite doctor of all time ! Apparently I had posted something negative about not getting my reported results (MRI) back from her in a timely manner, when I was actually referring the referral doctor 🙃 ... My deepest apologies to Rachael and all her crew 🥰
