I have been given the runaround and been sent to different locations to be serviced. Final straw was several requests to get an RX refill with no response. Went to location to get clarification and was told to make a virtual appointment. Did that for the following day. The np finally met for appointment about 30 minutes late (unprofessional) if it was me I would've been canceled. Requests my refill but she has yet to fill it. This office was very clean, smelled great, looked Modern. I was taken care of quickly. Everyone was so friendly & spunky. I will go there again if I need to.
