The healthcare provider is excellent at your location the location is good it's just trying to make appointments with village medical when you have a call center in India and you can't understand the people there is a communication problem this is not the first time I've addressed this they either need a direct line or a thinner here in Houston that knows what's going on but the provider is excellent when I can get in
The front staff clearly didn’t know what they were doing. My appointment was at 10:15, but I wasn’t seen until around 11:20 because the new front desk person insisted on calling the insurance to “verify,” even though we’ve had the same doctor and insurance for years. The call was completely unnecessary and gave the exact same information we already had. While I waited, she let 3 or 4 people go ahead of me.
