Being a nurse myself for 20 years and working in the industry in various settings, I think Village Medical should invest in nurse's not only medical assistants, depending on the acuity of patient's they require a higher level of care and knowledge. Also good luck getting a hold of office staff they use a call center which takes a longer turn around for responses.
love coming to this primary care doctor office they were able to resolve and find what my grandpa had we went to different doctors and no body was able to diagnose him until now, thank you bunches!!
Very upset with the way this office handles meds and messages and phone calls. They dont read messages and when trying to call in you get transferred to customer service center which is ridiculous. I actually had to put in complaint to board of medicine earlier today with the way stuff was handled. Its been one week I been trying to get my depression anxiety meds I sent numerous messages and calls I have received no contact back . I am now detoxing off my meds and very depressed and suicidal I am headed to hospital to check ... read more
